SUMMARY

At HUSTLER Hollywood, we believe in providing our customers with a fun shopping experience where they can purchase women’s and men’s apparel, jewelry, lingerie and home products as well as adult entertainment, and an upscale selection of novelties. All of our team members are the brand ambassadors that drive this culture through their daily interactions with the HUSTLER Hollywood customer.

 

Due to our growth, HUSTLER Hollywood is seeking highly qualified District Sales Managers for future opportunities. All qualified candidates must have 3-5 years’ experience as a District Sales Manager in a specialty retail apparel environment with unit velocity. We're looking for candidates with strong leadership skills, business acumen and interpersonal skills; champion the company culture and have a legacy of developing top talent.

 

As a brand ambassador he or she will utilize his or her passion for HUSTLER combined with exceptional knowledge of the brand, strong sales strategies and high service level to help elevate the Hustler Hollywood customer experience through establishing, managing, and developing exceptional customer relations.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and maintain a diverse, high-performing store management team through consistent selection, training, development and motivation
  • Provide coaching, mentoring and overall direction of accountabilities to meet District and Regional goals
  • Effectively communicate business and financial objectives
  • Analyze District performance in order to deliver appropriate feedback to Regional Manager
  • Develop a District sales strategy that ensures profitable growth
  • Lead the store teams to meet sales/payroll budgets through planning and appropriate execution
  • Foster a selling culture throughout the District, ensuring a positive customer experience that meets and exceeds every customer’s expectation
  • Articulate the vision and ensure execution of brand visual standards consistently
  • Ensure adherence to Loss Prevention policies and procedures and proactively identify trends that support achieving District and Store shrink goals
  • Cultivate an environment of open communication that drives management and associate development within the District
  • Participates in store expansion and opening of new locations
  • Represents the company in a professional and positive manner

 

BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE AND CAPABILITIES

  • Can create competitive and innovative strategies and plans
  • Proven track record of selecting high-performing talent and ability to develop compelling development plans
  • Able to articulately and effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and the general public
  • Facilitate and present programs, processes and concepts to groups of managers
  • Ability to understand and interpret moderately complex financial reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications and ability to adapt to additional internal applications
  • Able to organize large amounts of physical and electronic documents for retention
  • Has broad knowledge and perspective of retail landscape and can accurately identify trends
  • Can inspire and motivate entire teams or organizations
  • Willingness/Ability to travel by airplane if necessary


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 to 5 years multi-unit experience in retail required
  • Must be able to travel by airplane if necessary
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Driver’s License required

**This position can be based out of Southern or Northern California
