Job Description

Flynt Management Group is seeking a Senior Data/Collections Analyst for our Finance Group.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analysis of Sales Data
  • Function as lead for team of analysts and review accuracy of their work
  • Verify the accuracy of data including data extraction, manipulation, storage, processing and analysis
  • Conduct Royalties calculations
  • Invoice and collect on outstanding accounts
  • Import/Export data to ERP system
  • Process data and generate reports for various projects
  • Reconciles billing records to payments received
  • Recommends changes in billing processes
  • Participates in audits when necessary
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

  • 2+ years of experience in analysis or accounting focused position
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Strong analytical, financial and systems skills are required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must (must know VLOOKUP and Pivot tables)
  • Experience with VBA and macros is a plus
  • Experience with database programs (ERP, CMS, etc.) is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of organization are a must
  • Experience in managing teams
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment in making business decisions, implementing process and enlist feedback.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities.
