Larry Flynt's vision for a premiere romance boutique began in 1998 when the flagship store was built in Hollywood on the renowned Sunset Strip. Since then, HUSTLER Hollywood has expanded to 22 locations nationwide including both urban and interstate models. The store's tasteful, bright and upscale design provides customers with a wide variety of merchandise from which to choose. We provide our customer with a fun shopping experience, where they can purchase women's and men's apparel, jewelry, lingerie, candle and home products, as well as adult entertainment and an upscale selection of novelties. All of our team members are the brand ambassadors that drive this culture through their daily interactions with the Hustler Hollywood customer.
As the chief point of contact for new merchandising initiatives, you will be responsible for communicating key information that is vital to the success of the initiative. You will help to train the store team about design concepts, visual standards, and the proper maintenance of the overall visual display effort. By providing on-the-job training, feedback, and recognition, you will motivate other members of the store team to actively support your visual merchandising efforts.
Must ensure visual merchandising consistency is upheld.
Responsible for Seasonal Window and Floor-set directive execution for assigned group of stores
As needed you will participate in and support the success of store openings.
Provide feedback to the store team regarding merchandising and standards.
Will work on merchandising or visual projects as directed by upper management.
Will also function as a sales associate during non-directive periods or when not involved in merchandising projects.
Critical Skills and Qualifications:
Must be able to make clear and defined decisions.
Must possess vision, creativity and have an eye for detail.
Must be skilled in strategic planning and customer service.
Must have basic knowledge of computer functions including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Powerpoint.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able act with integrity and professionalism to ensure that all business is conducted without bias or prejudice.
- Knowledgeable of current visual merchandising trends and able to effectively interpret/apply to our brand.
Must have at least 2 years of visual merchandising retail experience. Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., perform frequent standing, walking, repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling and climbing ladders.
Able to regularly perform store maintenance items: sweep, vacuum, empty trash, clean.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which may include late nights and early morning shifts.
Travel maybe required.
