LFP Broadcasting, a worldwide VOD and PPV broadcasting network, is searching for a Web Developer at the broadcasting headquarters in Boulder, CO.

HOURS: 8am-5pm, M-F




This individual will work with the New Media team to develop web applications based on cutting-edge technologies and contemporary coding practices. 70% of the work will be front end development, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript whereas 30% will be PHP development and maintenance of existing sites.  Ideal candidates will have a proven knowledge of modern web trends, including work with mobile sites, online video delivery, stylesheet languages, database driven web applications and client-side web applications. Version control (ie: git) and ability to work within the shell a plus.



  • Develop client-side web applications.
  • Maintain existing websites.
  • Transform designs into complete and functional websites.
  • Architect styles from design templates.
  • Mid-level PHP development within a proprietary OOP framework.
  • Design and produce launch-ready user interfaces and rich interactive experiences for all sites.
  • Help guide design through the product life-cycle, from conception to final deliverables.
  • Develop wire-frames and design prototypes when required.


  • Excellent knowledge of design, UI and UX principles.
  • Deep understanding of application design patterns and ability to code by hand.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies such as: JavaScript, AJAX, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, PHP, Laravel, and MySQL.
  • Strong working knowledge of Photoshop.


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree related to Computer Science or equivalent experience.


  • Ability to determine and shift priorities quickly.
  • Ability to examine issues both strategically and tactically.
  • Ability to carry out tasks and projects with minimal direction or supervision. Self-starter is a plus!  
  • This position requires the ability to problem solve complex situations in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
