Since opening the flagship store on the Sunset Strip, HUSTLER Hollywood has expanded to 34 locations across the country, with plans to double this number by 2021.

    A Seasonal Store Associate is a position responsible for supporting the Store Leadership Team in achieving all Company goals and initiatives.   The Seasonal Store Associate represents the brand, operates in a professional manner, engages customers, maintains store standards and supports teamwork.  The Seasonal Store Associate has a direct reporting relationship to the Store Leadership team.


    • Greets and acknowledges customers
    • Replenishes and recovers sales floor
    • Performs daily housekeeping duites including, but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal
    • Assists cashiers in bagging/wrapping items purchased
    • Follows Company standards of merchandise presentation
    • Exhibits flexibility in tasking duties
    • Guarantees Company assets by ensuring adherence to all Loss Prevention procedures
    • Able to abide by HUSTLER Hollywood unifrom and dress code polices
    • Executes daily operational tasks assigned by the manager on duty (MOD)


    Seasonal Sales Associates must wear either black pants, which includes flat-front chino style and black denim, black skirts of reasonable length,or capri pants.  Leggings, lounge/workout wear or sweat pants are not allowed.  All Seasonal Sales Associates must wear a HUSTLER branded button down short while working.  Shirts must be worn buttoned up  and may not be altered or modified in any way.


    Only plain black or white short or long sleeve undershirts may be worn when appropriate.  Outerwear that covers the HUSTLER Hollywood logo is not permitted to be worn over a staff shirt while clocked in.  HUSTLER Hollywood will provide all Seasonal Sales Associates with 1 staff shirt on date of hire.  All shoes worn must be black, clean, and free from holes or other defects.  Employees may also wear black tennis shoes, sneakers, and closed-toe heels.  Employees may not wear open-toe heels or sandals.


    Accessories: Employyes may wear belts, jewelry, and other accessories from other brands, so long as the accessory does not clearly indicate the competing brand.  Hats are NOT permitted.

    • Requires ability to rapidly and constantly lift large and heavy packages and boxes and to perform a continuous process of  loading and unloading large boxes throughout a scheduled shift
    • Able to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and carry product, necessary for customer service, re-stocking inventory, processing shipment and store merchandising.
    • The ability to be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
    • Must have ability to safely lift minimum of 50 lbs. without restrictions
    • Able to regularly perform store maintenance items: sweep, vacuum, empty trash, clean
    • Ability to use and climb ladders
    • Requires ability to perform repetitive motions (i.e. hanging, folding, etc.)


    • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
